Absolutely! Our Warwickshire wedding bands are happy to learn and perform a special song for your first dance. We recommend providing the request well in advance to ensure the band can prepare and perfect your chosen tune.
What does the band’s setup and logistics involve?
We schedule our bands to arrive at approximately 5:30/6pm so they’re ready to set up as soon as the meal and speeches have finished. Most bands require about an hour to set up, or slightly longer, depending on the number of musicians in the band and the size of their setup. The band will need access to 2 x 13amp power sockets and a suitable space to perform.
How long does a typical band performance last?
A standard party band performance usually consists of two hours of live music, usually split into 2 x 60-minute or 3 x 40-minute sets. This can be tailored to fit the schedule of your event.
Can we choose the songs the band plays?
You’ll be welcome to select your favourites from the repertoire. Feel free to discuss your preferences or specific requests with us prior to the day, and we’ll work with the band to accommodate your requests.
What is the process for booking a band or musician?
Booking is simple: once you’ve found a band you like the look of, drop us an enquiry through their profile page, and we’ll come back to you with the price and availability. Once you’re ready to book, we’ll just require a small deposit and a signed contract to secure the booking.
