No problem. If you have a special song in mind for your first dance, just let a member of our team know and we’ll run it past the band to ensure it’s something they’re comfortable with.

Please let us know at least 6-8 weeks before the big day to ensure the band has plenty of time to learn and rehearse your song request.

What’s included in the price?

Booking a party band is easy with our all-inclusive packages. With flexible set times and playlists throughout the evening included as standard, our wedding bands in Suffolk guarantee to keep your guests dancing right up to final orders.

Every band offers slightly different packages, but in general, you can expect the following to be included:

• 5:30/6pm arrival
• 2 x 60 or 3 x 40 minute live sets
• Playlists throughout the evening until midnight
• PA system (speakers)
• Stage lighting
• PAT certified equipment
• Public Liability Insurance

Our cover bands offer a standard finish time of midnight, but if you want to keep partying into the early hours, just let us know, and we’ll adjust the quote accordingly.

DJ Sets

If automated playlists don’t quite hit the mark, there’s often the option to add on a DJ service from a band member, allowing them to manage the music and take requests on the night. At a fraction of the cost of a professional DJ, our DJ add-ons are the perfect addition to weddings and parties without blowing the budget.

What will the band need from you?

To ensure the band delivers a top-notch evening of entertainment, there are a few essential requirements to consider:

Performance area: We recommend about 3 meters in depth and a meter width for every band member. This means a 3 x 3 meter stage is ideal for a trio, stretching to 4 x 3 for a 4-piece band. For larger bands, you might consider a slightly deeper stage to allow for more movement and greater freedom in their performance.

Electricity: We recommend a minimum of 2 x 13 amp household sockets. For marquee events with generators, a 4-way extension coming from a 16 amp source is sufficient.

Parking: All our musicians request parking for their vehicles on site. For city-centre venues without parking, we request that any parking expenses are covered by the client.

Meal & refreshments: For bands performing in the evening, a meal before their performance is often requested. For daytime musicians, a light lunch or sandwiches is often appreciated.

Rest assured, all these details will be covered in your contract, ensuring everything is set for a smooth, stress-free event.
