The Gypsy Swingers are a fantastic Gypsy Jazz influenced acoustic band based in and around London available to hire for weddings, corporate events, parties, festivals and other celebrations.

The Gypsy Swingers derive their influence from the music of Django Reinhardt and the great Gypsy Jazz tradition. The band's repertoire encompasses many styles including swing, bossa nova, bolero and samba for dancing, ballads for relaxing and the lyrical French chansons for singing along to.
Line-Up
This band is very flexble in terms of their line-up. They are available to hire as a duo (2 acoustic guitars) through to a quintet (with female vocals, violin and double-bass), so whatever your space, volume restrictions or budget they can help.
Style & Influence
This acoustic quintet is one of many variations based on the original Quintette du Hot Club de France which featured Django Reinhardt and Stefan Grappelli. The Gypsy Swingers infuse Gypsy Jazz with their own experience of many styles of music including jazz, classical, rock and pop to bring a sound that is enjoyable for all. Established in 2007 they have combined their passion for the melodies and rhythms to present great music for everyone.
