Gary Wood Jazz, Swing & Rat Pack Bands

Gary Wood is a talented jazz trumpeter and vocalist based in Bedfordshire, available to create the intimacy and vibrance of the jazz era at your next party or event.

Weddings & Parties
Available for private event bookings as a duo, trio or quartet, Gary and his band recreate swinging renditions of beautiful songs in ‘Rat Pack’ style. The quartet is well suited for weddings, corporate receptions, parties where a high quality of music will be appreciated.

Wide Repertoire
Performing from a large repertoire of music including favourites from Sinatra, classics from Miles Davis, and more funky contemporary tunes, this band will always hit the right note.

Background
Gary works as a freelance musician with bands in a variety of jazz styles and has performed alongside many top UK jazz names such as Alan Barnes, John Dankworth and Roy Williams. Gary started his own quartet in early 2004 to feature his smooth vocals and his Chet Baker inspired trumpet.
