Singer Jacqui Hicks has recorded songs for Hal David & John Cacavas, Duncan Lamont, and Johnny Keating, among others. She's worked on film soundtracks and appeared in a number of Radio 4 plays for the BBC. Since 1993 Jacqui has worked with the jazz/funk band Shakatak, both as backing vocalist and sax player. She is currently appearing up and down the country with Paul Lacey's Back To Basie Orchestra.

Brian Dee is one of England's leading and most highly respected jazz pianists. He first came to prominence with the opening of the Ronnie Scott Club in 1959. His international reputation grew and he toured as a member of The Jazz Five opposite Miles Davis. In 1965 he was voted "Melody Maker New Star". His working experience as an accompanist of world class vocalists is well known. The list of jazz stars that he has worked with is endless and includes recording with Bing Crosby, Johnny Mercer, Peggy Lee and Fred Astaire.
