Anthony Kinsey - Vocals and Piano
Anthony, as band leader for Schwing!, runs the show. Judging by his background he’s very well qualified to do just that. Anthony’s influences are Frank Sinatra, Harry Connick Jr, Billy Joel and Stevie Wonder.
Jim Corry - Alto and Soprano Saxophone
Jim has gained an enviable musical reputation over the years. Most recently, Jim has spent much of his time touring the UK and Europe with artists as diverse as pop sensation Corinne Bailey Rae and Mark Ronson.
Matt Ball - Trmobone/Slide Trumpet!
As well as being a fine musician, SCHWING's trombone player, Matt, brings his huge passion for playing great music and his flair for solo-ing is featured regularly on every show.
Nicholas Marland - Guitar/Vocal
Nick gives his talents to many bands when not playing with Schwing. He is guitarist and backing vocalist for Ruby Turner and Mike Sweeney's Salford Jets. He works extensively as a session player so you would have heard him in many a radio jingle and TV advert.
Craig Fletcher - Bass and Vocals
Craig plays double and electric bass and is also an important backing singer in the band.
Andy Ball - Drums
Andy studied for a degree in Jazz Studies at Leeds College of Music and since graduating in 2006 has been busy performing. He is now studying for a Masters at the Royal Academy.
Andy Morel - Saxophones
Baritone & alto specialist, vocalist, and crowd rousing entertainer! Credits include the Andy Prior Big Band, the funky Pocket Central, E2K, Andy Scott's SaxAssault, Bob Mintzer and Snake Davis, as well as Andy's own band Cabbage Alley.
Anthony Lawton - Tenor Saxophone
Anthony plays Tenor Saxophone in the band.
Ben Lee - Trumpet
Ben has appeared with Andy Prior Big Band, Glen Miller Orchestra UK, Memphis Belle Swing Orchestra, Jimmy James and The Vagabonds, Rat Pack Live from Las Vegas, and Pasadena Roof orchestra to name just a few.
