Background Jazz
Background jazz is one of the most stylish and sophisticated live music options, perfect for accompanying eating, drinking and socialising.
DG Music offer a full range of options from a jazz cocktail pianist, jazz duos or trios, or even larger swing bands and Trad/Dixieland jazz bands.
As well as the artists listed below we are able to offer bespoke jazz groups with a line-up of musicians of your choice. We can build a rhythm section for you from a combination of piano, guitar, bass and/or drums and then add your choice of frontline musicians e.g. vocals, saxophone, trumpet etc. Please contact us for more details.
Background jazz groups are versatile with regards to where they can be located but will usually require electricity, so do bear this in mind if you are planning to locate a band outdoors.
