Please note: This is not a comprehensive list of the band’s repertoire. The full list comprises over 300 numbers.

The Little Big Band combines top class musicianship with the versatility to provide a repertoire stretching from 1940s Swing and Jazz through to Current Chart Hits.

The band was formed seven years ago by Anna Brooks and Chris Thompson, both of whom are experienced professional musicians trained at the Birmingham Conservatoire.

Multi-instrumentalist Anna plays saxophone and keyboard, and also provides backing vocals, whilst Chris plays keyboards and piano. The rest of the five-piece line-up - female lead vocals, bass and drums - are also top professional musicians.

Between them they've performed with legendary Glam-rocker Roy Wood, Alvin Stardust, Darren Day, Duncan Norvelle, Roy Gee of The Drifters, recorded numerous albums, sessions for Saatchi & Saatchi and EMI Publishing, appeared at Jazz Festivals at Cheltenham, Montreux and Brecon, Ronnie Scotts, toured India, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka with John Mayer's 'Indo-Jazz Fusions', Portugal and Ireland with The National Youth Jazz Orchestra, Canada with Cornelius Cardew and composed, arranged and recorded music for film and television.

Dressed formally or informally to suit the occasion, the band usually perform three 45 minute sets. They can also provide a sax, piano and bass trio to play background music during a meal or drinks reception for a small additional fee. They have their own professional lighting and PA and can play CDs and minidiscs through their system during breaks

"The Little Big band was a great choice! They really livened up the room and encouraged everyone to enjoy their night to the full. The music was varied and catered to everyone’s tastes. The female vocalist was fantastic!"
Kristi (Fenmarc Produce)

" Thank-you for the fantastic job you did at our wedding. We thought the performance was excellent and provided a brilliant atmosphere. All our guests commented favourably on your professionalism and versatility, and went away thoroughly entertained and tired from all the dancing! We look forward to our next opportunity to book the Little Big Band. "

" Just a quick note to let you know that our wedding wouldn't have been complete without 'The Little Big Band', they were fantastic and we have received so many comments, the dance floor was never empty and it made a special day even more memorable. "
