Wind Ensembles
The Veya Saxophone Quartet is one of the UK's leading chamber ensembles. This award-winning ensemble have performed recitals throughout the UK and America.

As a contemporary classical group they have been involved in several premieres and their 2006 debut album "Homemade - Six British Composers" features a selection of music by some of the UK's leading composers. Alongside these recitals Veya work extensively in schools, day centres and homes for the elderly giving workshops as longstanding members of Yehudi Menuhin's Live Music Now! Scheme.

They are currently in the middle of a two year residency at ten schools and day centres throughout South Cheshire. Their recent second album "On a Lighter Note" features a selection of the lighter repertoire that Veya play at these workshops as well as at weddings and corporate and private functions.

The quartet has provided entertainment for many weddings, corporate events and street festivals. They have given concerts for Orient Express Trains, the Duchess of Kent and the Royal Navy.
