Rosanna is an Italian-born jazz singer based in London. She performs classic vocal jazz and swing music featuring a wide range of repertoire from the Great American Songbooks, Ella Fitzgerald, Frank Sinatra and Nat King Cole amongst many others.
Professional Musicians
All the musicians are professionally trained, and have themselves worked in the UK and internationally. The group regularly perform at Ronnie Scott's, Pizza Express Dean St., and the National Theatre. Rosanna is available to hire across the UK for private events such as weddings, corporate events and other engagements, providing the perfect musical backdrop.
Line-Up Options
Rosanna Brandi performs as a quartet consisting of piano/guitar, double-bass, drums and of course Rosanna on vocals. As well as the quartet line-up she can also perform as a duo, trio or even add trumpet and/or saxophone for a bigger sound.
Background
Rosanna's love of jazz began in Italy where she began her singing studies in 1998. She studied with renowned Italian jazz singer Tiziana Ghiglioni and in 2010 completed a Master's degree of Music in Jazz Performance at Guildhall School of Music. She is currently working as an international performing and recording vocalist and vocal teacher at the London Music School.
