The Jessica Rabbit Band is the epitome of 1950s glamour with the attitude and flamboyance of the twenty-first century. This sassy, UK-based jazz band from Nottingham is made up of four very talented musicians featuring all that was great about 1950s music.
Flexibility
Jessica and her band can offer background music for guest arrival or during dinner as well as more up-tempo numbers to get everyone moving on the dance floor! This band is available as either a full band including vocals, double bass, drums and piano or as a duo vocals and piano.
50s Glamour
Jessica aka Kate Cox is not only a great entertainer but has a wonderfully, authentic voice which lends itself to the genre perfectly and her unique, quirky 50s style will add glamour and class to any wedding or party. Her repertoire includes all of the greats from Ella Fitzgerald to Doris Day.

Kate - Vocals
Kate, aka Jessica, has a fantastic ability to both entertain and sing. Her fabulous personality and authentic 50s vocals and style lends itself perfectly to this band. Her influences are as varied as her ability, ranging from Ella Fitzgerald, Nina Simone, Doris Day to Florence Welch and Beyoncé Knowles.
John - Double-bass
John is a highly skilled musician with over 19 years of professional experience. He has played throughout the UK and Europe with many different people, ranging from the legendary Vic Damone to classic 80s favourites Buck’s Fizz.
Dickie - Piano
Richard or ‘Dickie’ has acquired a passionate interest in many of the piano greats such as Oscar Peterson and Erroll Garner. Since the early 90s Dickie has played at notable venues around the East Midlands. His engagements comprise solo, duo, small group and big band work.
Paul - Drums
Paul is a fantastic performer whose live work includes television broadcast productions, festivals and much more. He has worked with a host of artists from across the musical spectrum including Sarah Jory, Grammy Award-winning Tom Chapin and he continues to work with the A1 Events production ‘To be Frank’.

They did us proud and I can't thank them enough for the huge contribution they made to our special evening.
