Fat Chance started life as the original rhythm section from the West End production of Grease in 1993. Billed as 'the best rock ‘n' roll band in the West End, ever!' by the London Evening Standard, the band soon became popular in its own right for recording, television and event productions. The six current members have a rare and enviable CV… Five Royal Variety Command Performances, TV and touring credits with Boyzone, Take That, Robbie Williams, Vanessa Mae, Ray Charles, The Bee Gees, Cliff Richard, Lulu, Tammy Wynette, Michael Ball, Brian Connolly, Tom Jones, Five, B-witched, 911, Shirley Bassey, Dionne Warwick and West End Shows such as We Will Rock You, Chicago and Mama Mia. With over 200 musical numbers in the set, Fat Chance is a highly flexible band and for that reason has been the choice of many high profile corporate and private clients. NCR, Guinness, Grand Met, Diageo, My Oyster, Ericsson, BBC Haymarket, Sony and Ernst Young have all used the band for recent events, as have principal members of the Royal Family and the diplomatic community.
