Funk and soul band Funk Soul Brother were chosen this year to perform for the first time at the Mid-Winterball held at Uppingham School. The event has been going for over 25 years and the band helped to make it one of the best yet!

We are pleased to announce a brand new jazz trio that offer a refreshing twist to background jazz. 'Unit 3' play a mixture of jazz classics alongside cool arrangements of pop hits by the likes of Adele, Coldplay, Bruno Mars and Oasis.

For those planning a 1940s-themed event or just wanting that old-style swing feel, this band fits the bill. With line-ups from 8 piece to full big band and bags of experience, they recreate the classics from Glenn Miller, Jimmy Dorsey, Frank Sinatra and more.
