We're excited to announce the return of Little Radio to the Goldmark Gallery, Uppingham, on 27th January 2013. Having first played at the gallery over 5 years ago, Little Radio were a resounding success and we can't wait to see them again, for what promises to be a fantastic evening of live music.

Essential Weddings Magazine Show will be making a grand return to Burghley House on Sunday 4th November, from 10am until 4.30pm, to assist brides in finding the luxury, style, inspiration and passion they require to organise their beautiful wedding day.

Forget London fashion week, last night the glamorous Oakham folk attended Cavell's annual Fashion show for a night of beautiful clothes, inspiring designs and plenty of champagne, all in the name of charity. And of course, DG Music supplied the music for the event!

DG Music sends out fantastic bands to events all over the UK, and last week acoustic pop singer George, sailed away to Northern Ireland to sing at a very special 18th birthday party, and here's what he got up to…

BBC news reported today that: 'venues with a capacity of under 200 people will no longer need a licence for live amplified music,' after a bill pushed through by Liberal Democrat Dan Foster, that aimed to amend aspects of the 2003 Licensing Act, was met with success.

On Friday 28th September, The Donkey Bar in Leicester will be reliving the sights and sounds of the cult film Quadrophenia. With live bands, DJ's and memorabilia, the bar will be transformed into the home of the Mod's blasting to The Who, The Small Faces, The Jam and more of our 60's favourites!

Up there with the I do's, the signing of the register, and the cutting of the cake, the happy couple's first dance is one of the key moments in most Weddings Days. The unspoken rule of a first dance is that is should represent your relationship in one way or another. It should also be soppy enough to bring a tear to the eye, cool enough to avoid the roll of the eyes, and most importantly, something that you can comfortably dance to in a floor length wedding dress and heels!
